Peter Paz – CEO
Peter Paz brings to the table 25 years of combined strategic business and international marketing experience. Peter previously co-founded Telegate, a high-growth company later acquired by Terayon for $400 million. At Terayon (subsequently acquired by Motorola), he served as Corporate VP Business Development & Marketing, where he was responsible for integrating the businesses of nine acquired companies. After that, Peter provided business development services, including strategic consulting and fundraising, to over 20 growth companies. In addition, he consulted for major firms in Israel such as Comverse, Strauss and Johnson & Johnson. For the last four years he has served as a faculty member of the Wharton-Recanati Global Consulting Program, a select joint course for Wharton-Recanati MBA Students.

Ofer Vicus – VP Business Development
Ofer Vicus is an industrial engineer with hands-on experience working in global companies and diverse markets. Ofer has applied his international management skills in the oil and gas industry working with global energy enterprises such as Shell, BP, ConocoPhillips, Equistar, Chevron, Valero and CITGO. In this capacity, he has interacted and built relationships with large engineering firms and integrators including Invensys Process Systems, Shell Global Solutions, Honeywell and Thermo Scientific. His experience in the energy industry also has included work in the biofuel and biodiesel sectors. In addition, Ofer has designed wastewater management solutions for varied customers such as the Israel Defense Forces, the Israeli Navy, and energy/chemical companies, helping them comply with new regulations utilizing leading technologies. Ofer earned his MBA from the joint Northwestern Kellogg School of Management and Tel Aviv University Executive Management Program (EMP).

Dr. Samuel Perstnev – CTO
Samuel Perstnev is an experienced researcher with in-depth experience bringing innovative products to fruition throughout his career. Previously, he served as a group leader of scientific employees from the former USSR at A.K. Industries, a leader in the field of precision injection moulding. Samuel earned an MSc in mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Kharkov, Ukraine, and a PhD in hydraulics and materials from.

Dr. Boris Natapov – Chief Scientist
Boris Natapov is a leading researcher in the development of new materials. He previously was in charge of designing equipment for the thermal processing of a new material at the firm Isoltherm. Boris holds an MSc and a PhD in mechanical engineering specializing in physical metallurgy and thermal processing.

Dr. Reonald Okhanov – Researcher
Reonald Okhanov is an experienced mining engineer specializing in the exploitation of oil and gas wells. Previously, Reonald served in several research and managerial positions in the mining industry, with particular expertise in cementing and strengthening holes, fluid control and related fields.
